Professional trajectory

Professional experience

My professional background combines R&D management, applied research and engineering. I currently lead initiatives integrating artificial intelligence, digital twins and advanced technologies to address industrial and business challenges. My earlier experience in naval engineering, planning and operations management provides a technical and managerial foundation for developing these solutions.

Engineering and R&D trajectory

  1. R&D leadership

    QUANTIA · 14 October 2025 – Present

Leading the R&D portfolio: consortium coordination, direction of specialist teams and technical governance of the projects under way.

  2. Research and European projects

    University of Granada · 5 May 2023 – 14 October 2025

The bridge between structural engineering and European R&D: research on structural monitoring and digital twins inside a Horizon Europe project, with digital and AI methods.

  3. Engineering foundation

    ASENAV · October 2011 – February 2021

Ten years of naval engineering at a shipyard: first project engineering on vessel structure and certification, then planning and control of complete construction programmes.
